DOUBLE EXPOSURES Double exposure photography is a technique that layers two different exposures on a single image, combining two photographs into one. Double exposure creates a surreal feeling for your photos and the two photographs can work together to convey deep meaning or symbolism. A double exposure was an analogue technique, used to superimpose two or more images together in an enlarger in the darkroom. Thanks to today’s photo editing technology, you can create a double exposure in post processing. The blending of two worlds into a single image is almost magical. Assignment: Due May 3
